Opiko, a certified architectural draughtsman and CADD technician from Technical and Bell institutes respectively, joined Kariuki Kiragu in 2010 from the department of Urban and Rural development, Ministry of Local Government. In the studio, Opiko translates concepts into technical drawings, executes all the outline and detailed drafting as well as working out new methods of presentation to the public, clients and contractors. He also makes online approval submissions and direct labor contract site coordination. He has previously worked as data entry and computer technician for Sarnix Insurance Agency and still consults for Tafakari Interior Designers. Opiko is married and speaks Dholuo, Gikuyu, Kiswahili and English.

Joining Kariuki Kiragu in 2010, Maximilla is been a multitalented office assistant managing the studio accounts, online, digital and hardcopy records, communications, project reports, briefs, tabulations and documentation. She trained at Cosmic Computer College, Nairobi and, before joining the firm, had worked at Asha Computer and Newtech Computer services. She is married with 2 children, speaks Luhya, Swahili and English and is secretary of the family group
